Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dualoop.coach platform (“Service”), operated by Dualoop SRL, a company incorporated under Belgian law with registered office at Brussels, Belgium (BCE/KBO: 0773.979.430 — VAT: BE0773979430) (“Dualoop”, “we”, “us”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
dualoop.coach is an AI-powered product coaching and intelligence platform. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and do not constitute professional advice. All outputs should be verified independently before making business decisions.
3. User Accounts
You may register using Google Sign-In or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at coaching@dualoop.com.
4. Free and Paid Plans
The Service offers Free and Pro plans. Free accounts receive a limited number of monthly coaching credits. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed on the pricing page (VAT inclusive for EU consumers) and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Dualoop reserves the right to modify plan features and pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.
Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to coaching@dualoop.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings. If you have used the Service during the withdrawal period, you may be charged a proportional amount for the services consumed. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the subscription management portal in your account settings or by contacting coaching@dualoop.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Unused coaching credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period and are not transferable or refundable. After cancellation takes effect, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Invoicing. A VAT-compliant invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email address for each payment. You can also access your full invoice history through the subscription management portal in your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Share your credentials with unauthorized persons
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI models, prompts, or knowledge base
- Upload confidential third-party information without proper authorization
- Use the Service to generate content that violates the rights of others
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its AI system architecture, prompts, knowledge base, frameworks (including the Product Intelligence Document methodology), and design, is the intellectual property of Dualoop SRL. Content you submit remains yours. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use within the scope of your engagement with the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Responses generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies or errors. Dualoop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the Service's outputs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Dualoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting coaching@dualoop.com. Dualoop may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
