dualoop.coach is an AI-powered product coaching and audit platform. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) and do not constitute professional advice. All outputs should be verified independently before making business decisions.
Access is granted by Dualoop. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at coaching@dualoop.com.

The Service, including its AI system architecture, prompts, knowledge base, and design, is the intellectual property of Dualoop SRL. Content you submit remains yours. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use within the scope of your engagement with Dualoop.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Dualoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
